Our clients include more than 300 leading global pharmaceutical, medical device, research agencies, and consultancy firms.
As we move towards a product and platform-driven organisation, transitioning from a services-based model to a productised platform, we are expanding our UK team. We are seeking a New Business Hunter to contribute to our mission by driving new client acquisition and expanding our reach in the healthcare research industry.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Develop and execute strategies to build revenue among existing and new clients.
- Exceed revenue and profit margin goals through proactive business development.
- Own client relationships, working seamlessly with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and close deals.
- Leverage our unique strengths to overcome objections and secure new business.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
- Participate in industry events, enhancing company awareness and presence.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts for both existing and new business.
- Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce.com) for efficient tracking of sales activity.
- A self-starter who thrives on the thrill of new business development.
- A collaborative and motivating team player and leader who inspires trust and confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence.
- A professional with integrity and a strong service-oriented work ethic.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing and able to travel to clients across Europe as needed.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare research methodologies and their applications.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong numerical skills, with financial and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in healthcare market research sales.
- Take on a pivotal role in a recruitment-focused position that directly influences Konovo's growth in Europe.
