The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams
- Drive commercial performance through strong people leadership and data-driven action planning
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and operational compliance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining excellence across all touchpoints
- Proven experience in a multi-site retail or hospitality role (QSR or coffee sector experience advantageous)
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being in-store and supporting teams directly
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence KPIs and performance outcomes
- Excellent communicator and motivator, with a track record of growing people and businesses
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly across the region
