As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a 12 Months Fixed Term Paid Social Manager to lead and scale our paid media efforts across national and local campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to drive impact across 63 local clinics and 17 specialist referral hospitals, working with a passionate team committed to better care for pets and peace of mind for their owners.

About The Role

The Paid Social Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

You’ll build a scalable, always-on paid social framework that supports both local and national campaigns. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and creative collaboration to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead paid social strategies tailored to both B2C (pet owners) and B2B (referring vets) audiences.
  • Execute and optimise campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok with regular A/B testing.
  • Build and manage a scalable paid social structure to support campaigns for 63 clinics and 17 referral hospitals.
  • Allocate budgets strategically by region, service, and campaign type, adapting to seasonal trends and business needs.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief and develop high-performing assets.
  • Ensure paid social supports the broader digital marketing funnel including CRM, web, and retargeting efforts.
  • Support educational campaigns for referral care, targeting both pet owners and professional audiences.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident and data-savvy digital marketer who is experienced in delivering results through paid social. You’ll be someone who understands both the strategic value and the day-to-day mechanics of managing paid campaigns, and who thrives in a dynamic, multi-location environment.

Essential Experience And Skills

  • Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Management of multiple ad accounts – you will be managing onwards of 80 accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and creative optimisation
  • Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel
  • Excellent copywriting, briefing, and communication skills
  • Highly organised with experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in a healthcare, veterinary, or B2C service-led industry
  • Multi brand experience
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, and emerging paid social channels
  • Understanding of organic social and how it complements paid strategies
  • Experience working with agency partners or moving from agency to in-house
  • Interest in animal health and welfare
