We are seeking a Finance Analytics Manager to support our Finance team with expert Power BI reporting and data analysis.
You will play a key part in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, you’ll help deliver accurate, timely insights to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Your role at BRE
Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards for Finance.
- Extract and manipulate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to meet reporting needs.
- Collaborate with Finance to understand requirements and deliver accurate insights.
- Ensure financial data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports.
- Support month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses.
- Integrate data from Anaplan to enhance financial planning and ensure seamless Power BI integration.
- Lead Phase 2 workshops of the D365 project to enhance Finance functionalities.
- Maintain best practices in data visualisation and report performance.
- Train Finance team on Power BI and self-service reporting.
Essential
- Significant experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP data for reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly with Finance stakeholders.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar financial planning systems.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience working within Finance or supporting Finance functions in previous roles.
