About The Role
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join Juniper Education’s Finance Team on a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 12 months. This is a key value-adding role, reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with senior stakeholders across the Group. The FP&A Analyst will be instrumental in producing the Group’s rolling forecast, annual budget, and long-term strategic financial plans.

You are commercially minded, technically strong, and enjoy influencing stakeholders with meaningful insights we would love to hear from you.
This role is critical in helping shape the commercial direction of the business by providing high-quality analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations. You will work closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders to monitor business performance, support value creation initiatives, and ensure financial plans are robust, deliverable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production of the Group’s rolling monthly forecast in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Analyse and report on performance against budget and forecast, supporting the month-end process
- Deliver monthly “Flash” financial reports within five working days of month-end
- Maintain and develop financial models including P&L and cash flow forecasts
- Identify key performance drivers and trends to support growth initiatives
- Create insightful reports and presentations to support decision-making and performance reviews
- Coordinate and calculate monthly sales team commissions
- Work on ad-hoc projects and respond to initiatives led by the CFO
- Collaborate across departments to provide financial insight and analysis
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a SaaS or Technology business with recurring revenue models
- Proven experience in FP&A roles with strong understanding of data structure and best practice
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial audiences
- Highly analytical, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure, especially during key financial cycles
- Technically strong with experience across financial systems and planning tools
