Sales Director – Europe, Braemac
Location: UK, with the ability to travel to the UK office in Warrington regularly, as well as travelling across the region as required.

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead strategic growth across key territories. In this senior role, you will shape regional sales strategy, inspire high-performing teams, and drive commercial success by building trusted partnerships with customers and suppliers.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate regional Customer Service, Business Development and Field Sales teams to exceed targets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share and win new business.
- Manage budgets and provide insight-driven sales reporting to support strategic decisions.
- Drive customer engagement and retention through tailored programmes and account support.
- Grow key accounts and support the team in securing new opportunities.
- Build strong supplier partnerships to maximise value and market impact.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in semiconductor distribution, manufacturing or embedded systems.
- Proven ability to lead international sales teams and deliver growth.
- Experience with regional strategy, customer engagement, and market development.
- Strong strategic, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Power BI for sales analysis and reporting.
