- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, and senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and profitability.
- Organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Confident with dealership and CRM systems; able to manage digital and in-person customer journeys seamlessly.
- Commitment to professionalism, and creating an inclusive working environment for all.
- Experience within the motor industry is essential.
- Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team.
- Drive business growth by monitoring and achieving showroom objectives, sales targets, and key performance indicators.
- Foster an outstanding customer experience at every stage, ensuring consistent delivery of Mercedes-Benz brand standards.
- Manage recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members to promote a culture of excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, data privacy, FCA, and all legal/regulatory frameworks.
- Proactively resolve complex customer queries and complaints, maintaining the brand’s reputation for service quality.
