£12.77/hr weekdays | £13.27/hr weekends | 30p/mile
Equivalent to £28,194 per year (based on 168 guaranteed hours every 4 weeks)

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Launch and support new care packages in the community
- Deliver high-quality personal care, medication support, and companionship
- Support independence, safety, and wellbeing in clients’ homes
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in domiciliary or residential care
- Full UK driving licence + access to a car
- Ability to work both weeks of a 2-week rolling rota:
- Week 1: Tues–Thurs (36 hrs)
- Week 2: Sun, Mon, Fri & Sat (48 hrs)
- Typical shifts: Varied start and finish times e.g. 7am to 8pm, 8am to 9pm etc.
