In this role, you’ll work closely with our Finance and IT teams to ensure that key business processes are well-supported by system functionality—particularly in areas such as Chart of Accounts design, management vs. statutory structures, account attributes, data and reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with solid finance systems knowledge and ERP experience to make a meaningful impact across our operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Who are we?
Landpower and the CLAAS Harvest Centre network form the largest privately-owned farm machinery distribution group in Australasia. We sell and service machinery to farmers and their contractors from our locations throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Our Christchurch and Melbourne offices co-ordinate wholesale activities and provide support functions. As a family-owned business we recognise the importance and value of the long-term relationships that we have grown over the last 45 years with our international partners.

What’s the job?
To be successful in the role you will:
  • Lead workshops to gather and document finance-related business requirements
  • Analyse and improve processes using ERP system capabilities
  • Write functional specs and work closely with technical teams on system configuration
  • Support test planning and execution across functional and user acceptance testing
  • Deliver training and support users through change and adoption
  • Provide post-go-live support and recommend ongoing improvements
