BakerHicks is seeking a site-based Mechanical & Piping (M&P) Construction Supervisor to join our team at our client’s facility in Dalry. This role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all M&P-related construction activities as part of an EPCM project.
Reporting to the Site Construction Manager, the M&P Supervisor will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient execution of the project. A core responsibility of this role is to ensure all personnel are deployed safely and that site activities adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key duties include overseeing on-site construction teams, coordinating M&P work packages, monitoring progress, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring delivery to schedule and budget. The role demands a strong understanding of construction management, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
This is a night shift position operating on a 10-on / 4-off shift pattern (10 hours per night). It requires consistent on-site presence, so candidates should be based in the local area or willing and able to travel daily.

Requirements
- HND/HNC/City & Guilds in the applicable trade field is advantageous but not essential.
- Significant experience in M&P installation on complex industrial projects
- Recognised professional certification in construction site supervision. - SSSTS (minimum)
- TWS (temporary works supervisor) advantageous but not essential
- HND/HNC/ NVQ/City & Guilds certification
- SSSTS (minimum)
