Your Role Includes

Supporting with evening, weekend & sleep-in shifts

Helping with personal care & daily routines

Assisting with household tasks

Encouraging hobbies and social activities in the community

Being a calm, patient, and understanding presence

What You Need

Experience with autism, GDD, OCD & behaviours that challenge

Ability to carry out personal care duties

Patience, empathy & a caring nature
