Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our Client Services team to deliver insightful, data-driven reports that tell compelling stories and support strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients—both in written reports and during client meetings.
- Participate in client calls and presentations, helping to explain analytics findings and respond to client questions with confidence and clarity.
- Proactively explore data to uncover trends, identify performance drivers, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Conduct social listening and market research to enrich programme performance analysis and deepen understanding of healthcare professional engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, create visualisations, and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience presenting to clients or stakeholders, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualisation tools (preferably Tableau or similar).
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for working in cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to learning and developing your own analytical and visualisation skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
