Are you passionate about driving innovation and leading teams to deliver impactful IT solutions? We're looking for a Systems Analyst Lead to join our Group Finance IT (GFIT) team.
In this role, you'll ensure the successful delivery of systems analysis capabilities that support our IT product model and business transformation goals. You'll collaborate across departments, champion best practices, and help shape the future of our systems landscape.

Job Description
Are you passionate about driving innovation and leading teams to deliver impactful IT solutions? We're looking for a Systems Analyst Lead to join our Group Finance IT (GFIT) team.
In this role, you'll ensure the successful delivery of systems analysis capabilities that support our IT product model and business transformation goals. You'll collaborate across departments, champion best practices, and help shape the future of our systems landscape.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the provision of systems analysis resources to support IT product success
- Collaborating with IT and business teams to scope and assess changes to applications and services
- Translating business requirements into scalable, robust solution specifications
- Overseeing the development of current and future state system deliverables
- Applying best-practice analysis tools and techniques to solve complex problems
- Championing agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitoring external technology trends to enhance team capability and performance
- Managing and developing a high-performing systems analysis team
Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience in systems analysis within a complex IT environment
- Strong understanding of systems analysis methodologies and approaches, such as; Gap / options Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Prototyping, problem Identification, Process Mapping, Requirements elicitation etc.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, waterfall and agile approaches
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL preferred)
- Familiarity with process modelling techniques such as UML and BPMN
- Knowledge of finance or actuarial systems would be a huge plus!
- Extensive knowledge of productivity tools e.g. (MS365) and use of Power platform and AI to improve processes and increase efficiency
