We are looking for a Family Support Worker to join our friendly, community-minded school. Northolmes Junior School is part of The Greenfields Federation, along with Littlehaven Infant School and they share a Leadership Team and Governing Body. We are at an exciting phrase of our development, as our schools will be amalgamating later this year, to form an all-through Primary School.

This is a term-time only position.
What You Need to Succeed
Our Family Support Worker will:
- Communicate effectively with children, young people and families in a wide variety of settings to improve outcomes for children.
- Ensuring the highest level of safeguarding support for families by working effectively with our school safeguarding team and other external agencies.
- Work effectively with other team members, to foster and maintain working relationships with colleagues from other agencies.
