We're now looking for a Health and Safety Administrator to assist the HSE Business Partner in the execution of Health and Safety across this site

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Compiling weekly and monthly performance reports and provide accurate data analysis on H&S statistics
• Monitor site's performance/KPIs to coordinate the issuing of reward and recognition certificates and acknowledgements
• Compile incident review packs for the weekly scheduled review calls
• Support the team with ordering required work equipment an systems access

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience working in an administrative role
• Excellent numerical skills
• Good use of Microsoft systems especially excel
• Health and Safety and logistics background is desirable not essential
