Dalkia Facilities, part of the EDF Group, has proudly delivered high-quality Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric maintenance services at the University since 2009. As part of our dedicated on-site team of 38 professionals, you'll be working across over 120 buildings on three campus sites.
We're now seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team, carrying out servicing, repairs and general maintenance across campus facilities.

We're now seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team, carrying out servicing, repairs and general maintenance across campus facilities.
What you will do;
As a Gas Engineer, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Servicing and repairing gas appliances across multiple sites
- Undertaking general plumbing and maintenance tasks
- Participating in the on-call rota (1 week in every 8)
- Occasionally supporting other Dalkia contracts in the Midlands
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (preferred) or Domestic Certs with willingness to train
- OFTEC registration (advantageous)
- Oil Appliance Certified (advantageous)- the candidate will be utilised on other accounts on occasion
- Experience in university/educational environments or similar
- Strong background in general maintenance and reactive tasks
- Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
