The Opportunity at a glance
We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to take on the role of Team Manager within our Exeter Office, supporting our client, Heathrow — one of the world’s busiest and most iconic airports.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone ready to lead a team, drive performance, and create a supportive, high-performing environment. You’ll bring a strong understanding of what good looks like on the front line, a passion for coaching others, and a natural ability to influence, guide, and motivate.
You’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Heathrow’s high standards, while ensuring your team feel supported, engaged, and set up to succeed. You’ll receive full support and development to help you grow in the role and continue your leadership journey.
Flexibility is essential — we operate seven days a week, and you’ll need to be available to work across a Monday to Sunday rota, between 08:00 and 20:00. The role will also include occasional travel to Heathrow, typically every few months, to maintain strong client engagement and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching/supervisory skills.
Expertise: Previous experience working in a call centre environment is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent telephone, computer/keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability: Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
Critical thinking: Effective problem-solving skills.
Employee Perfomance: Performance Management skills.
Handling: Client/customer management skills.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of business management and industry standards.
Background: Must pass a clear criminal background check.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team to meet and exceed business objectives, ensuring that financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved.
- Follow a process of continuous review and proactive management of absenteeism and attrition for all Advisors.
- Continually review and monitor work performance of all Advisors against agreed KPI’s.
- Ensure Advisors are recognised and rewarded for outstanding achievements/performance in line with company mission and values.
- Facilitate a culture of open and honest two-way communication with all team members.
- Ensure action from employee satisfaction surveys are implemented and continuously reviewed.
- Coach, develop and motivate Advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job.
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken to improve client satisfaction survey scores.
- Uphold Foundever’s policies on ethics and integrity.
- Perform additional duties as required.
