We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Stores Coordinator to join our Materials team at the Lincoln depot. As the Stores Operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the depot is efficiently stocked with critical materials, such as tooling, consumables, and spare parts.

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Stores Coordinator to join our Materials team at the Lincoln depot. As the Stores Operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the depot is efficiently stocked with critical materials, such as tooling, consumables, and spare parts.

- Stock control utilizing the stock management system. Receive, dispatch, inspect and issue materials
- Update the relative order/materials databases and ensure Stores security is maintained
- Updating relative order/materials databases
- Control and order stores/depot consumables and tooling
- Raise transport requests for the transportation of material through authorised accounts to move material to other depot/suppliers
- Assist technical staff in the identification of materials and raise order requests
- Loading and unloading of the trucks in a careful manner to ensure the released goods are moved and stored without damage and in line with manual guidelines
- Warehouse and/or logistical experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good level of computer literacy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic engineering knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Fork Lift Truck Licence of experience is preferred but not essential
