Are you passionate about tech and curious about the legal side of software? Join our Legal team as a Contracts Intern and gain hands-on experience with Software and Supply agreements, licensing, and data privacy in a fast-paced software environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft and review contracts: NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, DPAs, and more
  • Support contract negotiations and redlining - Maintain our contract management system and track key dates
  • Research legal topics like IP, GDPR, and software licensing
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support Teams
  • Help improve templates and internal legal workflows

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Interest in software, SaaS, or tech law
  • Familiarity with tools like DocuSign is a plus
