Volunteer Partnerships and Business Development Manager | Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health

This role is pivotal to the sustainability and growth of our charity. We are looking for a dynamic and values-driven person to help build sustainable income, forge meaningful relationships and help expand our impact.

What are we looking for?

Essential

• Strong experience in business development, fundraising, sales, or partnership management(ideally in a charity, social enterprise, or mission-led business).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills – confident in presenting andpitching.
• Creative thinker with the ability to spot and develop opportunities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Passion for mental health, inclusion, and social change. Desirable
• Knowledge of Hampshire’s health, wellbeing, or voluntary/community sector landscape.
• Experience with CRM systems, proposal writing, and impact reporting.
