We are looking for a personal assistant to work with our project leader and trustees - either remotely or locally. Even though we are a small charity we want to make a big difference to people and are looking to build a team to help us.

You will join our small charity at an exciting point on our journey and your enthusiastic input will play a crucial part in our success and we want you to grow with us.
What are we looking for?
We are looking at people that have Office and administration experience Excellent organisational skills, with experience of proactive planning, managing deadlines and prioritising effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a diverse range of indiviuals, supporters, donors and volunteers. Able to work flexibly on your own and as part of a small team with enthusiasm and commitment. Ask for help when needed Good computer skills
What will you be doing?
Our ideal volunteer will liaise with our team and coordinate, collaborate, consolidate and disseminate information to help ensure the smooth running of the charity. We have lots of ideas and need help to deliver them, including but not limited to Admin support and personal assistant work Managing contact lists Digital filing Liaising with other volunteers and trustees Liaising with other organisations Research to ensure compliance, etc Helping to draft policies and procedures Developing role for the future
