We have a great opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our business. Working within the HCP Engagement Team in Marketing, you will be responsible for leading Listerine HCP engagement in Northern Europe, reporting to the HCP Engagement Lead.
You will have a dotted line relationship with the Listerine consumer squad, including providing critical local insights to the Listerine Global Brand Development Team, shaping global HCP engagement and content needs, with responsibility for executing in NE, in accordance with our Global Operating Model.
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of Listerine omni-channel Professional Marketing mix, including adaptation of targeted materials, sales force detailing assets and training, plus delivering strong presence at key HCP conferences, building KOL and professional organisation relationships, media planning, digital asset creation and customer journey planning, PR, seminars and speaker meetings.

What You Will Do
- Develop the Listerine HCP Marketing plan (1-3+ years) and execute with excellence
- Input and lead on key elements of Listerine Annual Brand Planning (ABP) process as HCP lead
- Lead strategically important initiatives for Listerine HCP Marketing and adapt Consumer or Global materials for HCPs to maximise success
- As Priority BMC advisor, you will also support the development and launch of key claims and messaging for Healthcare Professions tailored to relevant audiences (dental professionals and dental hygienists).
- Manage key Listerine professional relationships
- Lead the adaptation and execution of Listerine HCP marketing campaigns with a digital first focus
- Adapt targeted materials, sales force detailing assets and training, media, digital, PR, alongside KOL development, seminars and speaker meetings
- Lead on Listerine presence at key HCP conferences
- Work with media agencies and partners to identify and implement media optimisations and test and learns
- Manage a significant HCP marketing budget
- Measure, monitor and optimise HCP campaigns and track key performance indicators
- Work closely with the Listerine consumer squads and cross functional teams to ensure a fully integrated HCP plan as part of the total Masterbrand strategy
- Understand internal Healthcare compliance restrictions to ensure compliance
- Experience at Senior Brand Manager level or equivalent
- Ideally experience in HCP marketing and events, including a good understanding of the health care landscape in the UK
- Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment
- You will have experience developing, adapting and activating content and communication plans relevant to a specific HCP target audience, including media strategy and deployment and data driven marketing
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and influence both upwards and downwards
- Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges
- Proactive and results driven, creates a sense of urgency for direct reports and team members to meet objectives. Enjoys bringing new ideas to the table and holds others accountable
- Proven implementation ability and flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise
- Strong analytical and influencing skills and known to work as a self-directed decision-maker
- Ability and experienced in analysing data quickly and inferring insights to act and move forward
- The ability to master complexity and able to communicate clearly with strong impact.
