What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing all aspects of site operations, including production and office-based teams
- Leading and developing a large team (50+ direct reports) to achieve performance targets and service excellence
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency
- Managing change effectively in a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment
- Working closely with other sites across the business
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, operational policies, and customer service level agreements
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in managerial roles, overseeing large teams (50+ people) in a warehouse and/or office environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
- Experience in change management, process improvement, and driving efficiency
- Ability to identify challenges, problem-solve, and implement effective solutions
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving, operational setting, working to targets and KPI’S on a daily basis
- IT Literacy
- Full driving licence as you will be required to travel to others sites on occasion.
