Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of six to ensure accurate, compliant stock control operations.
- Use WMS tools to manage inventory processes, resolve discrepancies, and maintain stock integrity.
- Collaborate across departments to drive improvements in stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Analyse trends and report on inventory performance, supporting operational decision-making.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance in line with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in inventory or stock control management, ideally in a warehouse or supply chain setting.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams across varied shift patterns.
- Hands-on experience with WMS and Excel (intermediate+).
- Background in FMCG or fast-paced distribution environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and a detail-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to high hygiene and safety standards.
