We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Supply Chain Controller (Spondon).
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.
As Supply Chain Controller you will be the voice of the customer, working with our suppliers, providing a first-class service whilst ensuring the customer’s needs are understood and managed within our organisation and with our suppliers.
You will be the person dealing with any issues or concerns and making sure that solutions are agreed in order to support our customers to deliver on time. To do this, you will build strong working relationships with our suppliers.
About You
You will be an exceptional communicator, understanding and actioning customer requirements and working with suppliers to ensure deliveries are made on time. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of problem solving and being resilient.
We are interested in people from a Supply Chain or Logistics background with experience of working with ERP/MRP scheduling systems. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates from an aerospace, car industry or manufacturing background.
As the main focus of this position is working with Suppliers, it will involve regular visits to supplier sites.

- Starting salary between £27,000 to £34,000 dependent on experience
