Converting Team Leader

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the converting line team to achieve production goals, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities & resource allocation
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as papermaking, maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to optimise production processes.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
