The main purpose of your role as a Field Sales Agent is to sell and promote Fibre broadband door to door, as one of our excellent Field Sales Agents , you’ll be responsible for helping to drive our continued growth in the towns and communities served by our full fibre network.

You will be going door-to-door and working at events promoting the benefits of our full fibre broadband to residents, it will be your job to effectively identify and close sales opportunities. As a Field Sales Agent you will also be responsible for developing a pipeline of potential future B2C sales and trying to levy referrals and endorse

With a huge increase in the number of homes ready for service scheduled for next year, this is a huge opportunity to capitalise on some of FullFibre's top emerging markets.


Ideal Profile...

We’re seeking proactive and experienced sales professionals who thrive in face-to-face environments and are passionate about bringing high-speed broadband to communities. If you have a background in direct sales and are eager to make a real impact, this role is perfect for you.

  • The ideal candidate would have experience in direct face-to-face sales within the energy or telecoms industry.
  • Must have a valid UK Driver’s Licence.
  • Experience of lone working.
  • You’ll have excellent diary management and organisational skills.
  • You’ll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’ll be self-motivated and target driven.
  • Willing to go that extra mile.
  • Available to work between 10:00-19:00 (Mon to Fri)

Your key responsibilities are...

  • Door-to-door selling into ever expanding territories
  • Day to day engagement with both existing and potential clients
  • Gaining referrals, endorsements and introductions from existing customers
  • Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities
  • Daily updating of our customer and prospect databases
  • Customer expectation management
  • High quality customer care
  • Assisting in co-ordinated promotional events
  • Work with team members to develop sales protocols to drive new business opportunities
