A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Branch Partner role at a thriving, well-established practice in Buckinghamshire. The Branch Partner will take the lead in shaping the future of a respected local practice, with the full backing of a larger veterinary networks in-house operational, marketing, HR, and finance teams. This allows the Partner to focus on what truly matters: delivering excellent care, nurturing a motivated team, and engaging meaningfully with a loyal and growing client base.

The Practice

Located in Buckinghamshire, this modern, purpose-built clinic is equipped with:

  • Three operating theatres
  • Dedicated dental suite
  • Digital x-ray and ultrasound
  • Endoscopy and in-house laboratory
  • Separate dog and cat hospital wards
  • On-site grooming parlour and boarding facilities


The team currently includes three experienced vets and four RVNs, offering strong peer support and a collaborative clinical environment. The practice is known locally for its personable, compassionate approach and long-standing community ties.
