What You'll Do:
- Lead complex care packages involving PEG feeding, tracheostomy, catheterisation, ventilation, and more.
- Train, supervise, and assess care staff to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
- Develop, review, and update personalised care plans and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with hospitals, GPs, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Conduct quality audits and clinical reviews to maintain compliance and safety.
- Deliver targeted clinical training to staff on medication management, equipment use, and procedures.
- Identify and manage safeguarding concerns swiftly and according to legal guidelines.
- Foster a positive, professional culture through strong clinical leadership.
- Registered Nurse with Adult or Children’s NMC PIN (mandatory)
- 2–4 years post-registration experience, including hospital discharge or complex clinical care.
- Expertise in complex nursing interventions (PEG, tracheostomy, catheter care).
- Confident communicator with excellent teamwork and mentoring skills.
- Passionate about delivering safe, dignified, and effective nursing care.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
