We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & CX Executive to join our Business Development and Marketing team at Bidwells.


In this hands-on role, you’ll lead end-to-end campaigns across digital and traditional channels, support business development, and help drive revenue growth.


You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to create impactful marketing assets, enhance client experience through feedback initiatives and our client care programme, and support data-driven decision-making using HubSpot, our CRM and marketing automation platform.

This position will be hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home upon completion of the initial training period, and hours will be Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch.


What you’ll be doing:


  • End-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, delivering on time and to budget
  • Developing creative campaigns for brand awareness, leading generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Managing and executing multi-channel campaign activity through HubSpot, including email marketing, audience segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and reporting
  • Ensuring the client experience is improved each year, actively seeking client feedback and using the insight to develop our dedicated client care programme
  • Designing and delivering our annual client survey, sharing the results with the business and use the feedback to inform CX training for the business
  • Delivering CX training for fee earners
  • Supporting the development and optimisation of HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, landing pages and CRM automations to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement
  • Ensuring the CRM is being used consistently and effectively by marketing and business development teams through user support, training and process improvement
  • Delivering CRM training to colleagues across the business
  • Collaborating with our communications specialists to create engaging and relevant content for a variety of channels such as email, social media, video, podcasts, and the website
  • Managing on and offline events from start to finish (including seminars, conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and sponsorships)
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and new profile-raising opportunities
  • Developing marketing collateral aligned with the brand, messaging and client needs including flyers, brochures, and sales toolkits including case studies and profiles
  • Tracking performance of campaigns and contributing to marketing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Analysing marketing performance metrics on HubSpot, making data-driven recommendations to improve future activity
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders across all service lines and offices, supporting with the delivery of practical HubSpot training and guidance, building confidence and consistency in system use across the business
  • Supporting the business with the creation of custom HubSpot dashboards and reports to help teams monitor key metrics, track pipeline, and support business development goals
  • Acting as a HubSpot super-user and internal advocate, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and drive better results through automation
  • Exploring HubSpot AI and smart tools to enhance personalisation, content generation, lead nurturing, and marketing efficiency
  • Working with stakeholders to optimise user experience within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, clear user journeys, and alignment with marketing and CX strategies


About You:


  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in professional services marketing and campaign management
  • 1–2 years’ hands-on experience using HubSpot to execute email marketing, segment audiences, manage workflows and measure performance
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and campaign optimisation
  • Strong English writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different channels and audiences
  • Experience of both online and in-person event management
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, webinar tools and digital content production
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams
  • Strong planning and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom/Teams; fast learner of new tools
  • Desirable: experience using InDesign, Canva, PlayPlay, website CMS platforms
