Support Worker Roles – Supporting Two Inspiring Young Ladies in Their Own Homes
Location: Illogan & Mid Cornwall (travel between clients’ homes)
Hours: Full-time and Part-time roles available
Salary: £12.24 – £12.44 per hour (pro-rata for part-time) + 50% extra on Bank Holidays

Role 1: Female Support Worker – Illogan, Cornwall
You’ll support a wonderful young lady with a brain injury who loves exploring new places in her wheelchair, boating, beach visits, and spending time with friends. This role requires physical fitness to assist with walking adventures and a compassionate approach to enable her to live a fulfilling life.
Support a young child with challenging behaviours alongside their family, helping not only with personal care but also household chores. Experience with challenging behaviours is essential for this role, as your support will help the child and family thrive in their home environment.

- 2:1 care during day shifts, 1:1 during nights
- Shifts include 12-24 hour days, sleep-ins, and every other weekend
- Salary: £12.24./hr weekdays, £12.44/hr weekends + 50% extra on Bank Holidays
