What You Will Do
You will be responsible for administering all aspects of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) reporting, including subcontractor verification, deduction processing, and submissions to HMRC. You will also support compliance with the Windsor Framework by monitoring and reporting the movement of goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, ensuring alignment with UK-EU obligations.

- Process payments and submit monthly CIS returns to HMRC
- Ensure compliance with CIS legislation and address subcontractor queries
- Monitor and report goods movement under the Windsor Framework
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance
- Support internal audits and maintain all related documentation
What we look for
- Experience in CIS administration and HMRC reporting
- Knowledge of UK tax legislation, particularly CIS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the Windsor Framework and UK-EU trade regulations
- Experience in compliance, international trade, or policy analysis
- Background in working with or within government departments
