Job Description
To enable us to realise our ambitions, we’re looking for an additional Senior Product Manager who will lead the strategy, development, marketing and lifecycle of key ceramic and flooring product systems for the UK, Ireland and Nordics to meet differing customer needs based on the relevant channel and geography.

What You’ll Be Doing At Kerakoll
Design the product/system vision aligned to Kerakoll UK business strategy
Conduct market assessments to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Identify customer pain points and needs by conducting research survey and interviews with customers
Design and manage product roadmaps that drive sustainable innovation
Lead cross-functional development projects with R&D, Technical, Procurement, Operation, Marketing, and Sales
Oversee product launches—from defining minimum viable product to go-to-market execution
Define product unique value proposition and co-create key marketing messages that resonates across different channels and segments
Support the development of effective sales marketing approaches & supporting documentation, partnering with brand communications team to co-create internal and external communication launch
Collaborate with brand communications team in defining marketing campaigns, key messages and customer updates
Support acquisitions and retention strategies for new product and existing products in collaboration with Sales
Monitor market performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Act as a subject matter expert and represent Kerakoll in customer technical consultation
Manage product lifecycle to optimise quality, service and costs from inception, growth, maturity and replacement
Collaborate internationally to share best practices and align product strategies
What You’ll Bring To Kerakoll
Experience in product management within manufacturing, construction, or materials sectors
Strong knowledge of lifecycle and project management
Ability to analyse market dynamics and translate insights into strategy
Confident leading cross-functional teams with strong communication and coordination skills
Passion for sustainability, innovation, and continuous product improvement
Technical mindset with the ability to bridge commercial and operational priorities
