An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic, experienced senior nurse to join the fast paced outpatient Haematology department based in Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. We are a friendly and established team who are passionate about providing the best care possible to people with a variety of blood disorders and blood cancers in the Highlands of Scotland.
With support and guidance, you will take responsibility for the assessment and monitoring of treatment for a defined group of patients with blood disorders and blood cancers though nurse-led clinics. You will also work flexibly to contribute to the smooth running of the haematology department. You will be a non-medical prescriber, fluent in understanding the needs of Haematology patients and treatment pathways and have a teachable approach to work.
This post will involve no evening or weekend working. This is a fixed term post at present. Funding is in place until 21.3.2026
