Correla are looking for a Test Analyst to join our Managed Services Function

Salary: circa £39,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About The Role

  • Test Planning & Design - Analyse business and functional requirements to identify test conditions and design appropriate test cases. Collaborate with the Test Lead to define test objectives, acceptance criteria, and scope. Contribute to risk-based testing approaches to prioritise high-impact scenarios.
  • Test Execution & Reporting Execute functional, integration, system, nonfunctional and regression tests. Log, track, and retest defects, working with developers and business teams for resolution. Provide accurate reporting on test progress, coverage, traceability and outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Operation teams. Suggest improvements to test processes and contribute to enhancing test automation coverage where appropriate. Participate in lessons learned sessions to improve future change deliveries.

About You

  • Strong understanding of software testing principals and methodologies
  • Experience creating test plans, test scripts, and executing tests.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
