Your Role & Responsibilities:
Create an engaging and nurturing environment where children thrive.
Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, tailoring activities to each child’s unique needs.
- Track key children’s progress and share their learning journey with parents/carers using Tapestry.
- Build strong partnerships with families, working together to provide the best start in life.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children in the nursery.
- Raise any concerns to the Manager/Deputy while maintaining confidentiality.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification with at least one year of post-qualification experience.
- Passionate about child development with a strong knowledge of the EYFS and Birth to 5 framework.
- Confident, empathetic, and proactive in safeguarding children.
- A creative thinker who brings new ideas and solutions to enhance learning.
- A great communicator who values partnerships with parents and colleagues.
