Your Role & Responsibilities:

Create an engaging and nurturing environment where children thrive.

Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, tailoring activities to each child’s unique needs.

• Track key children’s progress and share their learning journey with parents/carers using Tapestry.
• Build strong partnerships with families, working together to provide the best start in life.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children in the nursery.
• Raise any concerns to the Manager/Deputy while maintaining confidentiality.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification with at least one year of post-qualification experience.
• Passionate about child development with a strong knowledge of the EYFS and Birth to 5 framework.
• Confident, empathetic, and proactive in safeguarding children.
• A creative thinker who brings new ideas and solutions to enhance learning.
• A great communicator who values partnerships with parents and colleagues.
