As a Client Support Coordinator based in our Amersham showroom, you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinate and manage delivery processes, ensuring a smooth handover with consultants, engaging clients, and setting viable delivery dates.
- Oversee payments and credit accounts, ensuring accurate processing in line with Sales Ledger procedures.
- Monitor and manage orders proactively, addressing purchase order issues, tracking progress, and updating clients as needed.
- Support showroom operations, assisting with administration, liaising with clients, and collaborating with sales consultants.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Organisational and communication skills to coordinate deliveries and engage clients proactively
- Practical experience in order management, logistics, or customer service is preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong project management and organisation skills
- Professional and confident individual
