Job Summary

Deliver strong project management, support cross-functional/cross regional activities for Taste, Bioscience, Health, and Food Ingredients product lines to achieve business and growth objectives in support of the Global PepsiCo Account team in the area of Beverages and the European regional team (as needed). Reports to VP - GKA Leader, PepsiCo

Major Accountabilities

Project Management: Global Beverages (70%)

  • Responsible for delivering strong support to Beverage GAD for end-to-end project management in IFF systems
  • Manage project process (intra- or inter-regionally) for PGCS(Global), PBNA, and Europe Beverage from initiation to commercialization in coordination with cross-functional team members. Includes, but not limited to the following:
  • Project Management - Maintain & enter Opportunity/Placeholder/TSR, sample requests, maintain CustMat#, SOAP (SR/EW), and Quotes as projects progress via use of SalesForce
  • Drive efforts to address documentation requests and shepherd through completion – enter and follow-up utilizing Clover
  • Support price file activities for global pricing and ensure changes/updates are implemented accurately on a global basis
  • Maintain pricing, sample requests (scale-up orders in collaboration with CSR), MasterData-copy ZCUSN 0001G to local plants, set up for new entities and information via SAP
  • Conduct analysis, prepare and provide reports, e.g., regional scorecard, and other information to support PEP KPI needs and other internal requirements for GAD/RADs/Global Commercial Lead through use of PowerBI, AO and/or other Dashboards
  • Manage communication to Global Supply Chain Manager (Suzanne Branch) and/or Ops on production made samples for spec creation (Prism)
  • Manage Material Qualification (MQ) process and communicate to Global Team leads and local Ops/CSR on production made samples for spec creation & Gold Standards (Prism)
  • Brief RAD on global projects that are realized in region so appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner
  • Responsible to flag issues and concerns to RAD or GAD and bring visibility to problems. Assist in resolving issues

Project Management: Europe Snacks and Beverage (20%)

  • Responsible for delivering strong support to European PI RAD for end to end project management in IFF systems
  • Manage opportunities in IFF systems in line with agreed ways of working
  • In collaboration and alignment with the C&D Project Manager, coordinate/oversee project process of projects in the European region, from initiation to first commercial production with cross-functional team members
  • Includes but not exclusive to supporting creation of the project plan/timeline (includes full engagement in all cross-functional discussions as timelines are being established/revised), follow-up to ensure team members are accountable for actions required, SAP set up for new entities, product sample requests, lock IPC uploaded to SF, PERMS request, sign-off and alignment of quality test
  • Load all required SFDC tasks, Clover tasks, etc. for key projects
  • Manage price changes in Europe via SAP upload on annual basis
  • Work with European RAD to identify solutions to issues to meet PI expectations/needs according to timeline

Other (10%)

  • Serve as back-up to PepsiCo Europe Sales Support
  • Portfolio Management
  • Support proactivity to promote Bev FlavorBank products to create opportunities for new business
  • PepsiCo Briefcase, FlavorBank, Price File
  • Manage interface for projects related to Europe, includes loading flavor entries, etc.
  • Drive upkeep of product list to ensure information is current and inclusive of all requirements
  • Support Global pricing activities-PGCS

  • Assist in managing projects related to rolling productivity pipeline with GAD/Global Commercial lead

Knowledge & Skills

  • 5+ years in flavour or related industry
  • Formal Project Management training, preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, dynamic environment where situations or paths are not always clear
  • Flexibility and agility in internal and external approach to addressing needs, issues, situations
