Description Are you currently studying AAT Level 4 and eager to advance your career in accountancy? Join us as an Accounts Assistant in our Wrexham office, where you’ll gain hands-on experience working with a variety of clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual who is keen to develop their skills and play a key role in delivering high-quality accountancy services.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts for Limited companies and sole traders.

Supporting the completion of VAT returns and Self-Assessment Tax filings.

Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of balance sheet items.

Carrying out bookkeeping tasks for a variety of clients.

Assisting with management reporting to provide clients with valuable insights.

Liaising with clients to address queries and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Requirements Working towards AAT level 4 qualification.

Additional Requirements Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn accounting software.

Experience with cloud accounting products, particularly Xero, is beneficial.

CCH experience desirable.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

A proactive attitude and commitment to professional development.
