Wells & Co have a fantastic new opportunity for a detailed Administrator to support the efficient and accurate management of our Brewery & Warehouse administrative tasks.
As Beer Administrator you will be responsible for processing sales orders, shipments, transport planning, and ensuring accurate recording of production data in Navision. The role also includes supporting raw material and packaging stock replenishment, as well as key HMRC administrative duties.
Based at Brewpoint, we are looking for a proactive individual who continuously looks to identify opportunities for improved processes and best practices within the team.
Position:
As Beer Administrator you will be responsible for processing sales orders, shipments, transport planning, and ensuring accurate recording of production data in Navision. The role also includes supporting raw material and packaging stock replenishment, as well as key HMRC administrative duties.

Position:
- Support Logistics & Warehouse Lead with updating and maintaining shipment records, stock movements, and HMRC declarations.
- Process sales orders in Navision, ensuring alignment with stock and production availability.
- Coordinate transport plans for outgoing finished goods from Brewpoint and external warehouse, working closely with internal teams and third-party logistics providers.
- Generate and collate CMRs, delivery notes, and required compliance paperwork.
- Ensure transport schedules are maintained and communicated effectively, updating plans where production deviations occur.
- Accurately record duty-suspended and duty-paid movements in line with HMRC guidelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation is stored and readily available for audits.
- Support Logistics & Warehouse Lead & Brewery Team Leads with the ordering of packaging and raw materials based on production plans and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for procurement documentation.
- Assist with weekly stock takes and reconciliation reports as required.
- Work with Cost Accountant to support audit preparation and compliance reviews.
- Support Beer Team in maintaining accurate data entry in Navision for wort production, conditioning, filtration, and finished beer.
- Assist Brewery Team Leads with documentation and system entry relating to brewing and packaging processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for brewery-related administrative queries.
- Previous experience in a high volume administrative or logistics support role.
- High level of IT literacy and understanding – Excel (including pivot tables), word and PowerPoint.
- Service-oriented approach with a focus on ownership and seeing things through to completion.
- A great communicator with good interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Takes pride in offering a high level of detail and accuracy. Focussed and results driven.
- Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable flexing between responsibilities as situations and priorities demand.
- Salary £25,000 - £28,000
