- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, stock control, and compliance
- Take pride in preparing fresh, innovative meals that wow clients and customers
- Maintain a spotless kitchen and front-of-house environment
- Handle weekly reporting and ordering with accuracy and efficiency
- Champion health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- A proven background as a Chef Manager or similar role
- Strong culinary skills and a real passion for food
- A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate and confident with stock systems and reporting
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to lead by example
- A keen eye for quality, safety, and service
