Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering team
• Work with the Technical Architect to build new integrations and analytical data sources
• Designing and implementing new integration processes to remove Moto’s end of life back-office platform
• Supporting other project activity
• Manage BAU support function maintaining existing integrations
• Building reliable, efficient data applications systems, services and platforms.
• Deploying, scheduling and monitoring components pragmatically in a workflow.
• Handling complex queries against relational and non-relational data stores.
  
  

As our Senior Data Engineer, you will have experience of:

• Designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines using various tools and technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python Scripting
• Experience working with large databases, transactional datasets, and data warehouses with batch data processing jobs
• Understanding SQL executions plans and performance optimizing queries and batch jobs
• Familiarity with XML and JSON data structures, as well as CSV file integration
