The Administration Assistant role
The Administration Assistant is a key member of the team, delivering administrative services on the project. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing reliable and professional administrative support tailored to the specific needs of the project.

The Administration Assistant role
The Administration Assistant is a key member of the team, delivering administrative services on the project. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing reliable and professional administrative support tailored to the specific needs of the project.
General responsibilities will be (but not limited to);
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Manage incoming calls and meeting rooms.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Organise and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain the condition of the office or site facilities and assist with supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Assist with security control access.
- Assist with staff travel including hotel and transport bookings.
Key Skills required include;
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work; proven team player.
- Administrative and coordination skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Takes responsibility for delivery of assigned tasks and can work within set deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Teams.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Trusted to handle responsibilities with honesty and discretion
