We’re looking for a colleague-focused Assistant HR Business Partner to join the team and support the delivery of our people plans across Travis Perkins Group Support Functions
Hybrid Working but with a need to be present at the HUB in Northampton on a weekly basis

We want someone who can easily make new connections with people, developing rapport and trust and confidence. You’ll need some HR or people leadership experience already and want to learn more with the help of mentors. Good communication skills are a must, plus the ability to handle complex situations and manage multiple projects. You'll be supported by the HRBP and the wider HR team.

- You'll work with the Senior HR Business Partner and business leaders on developing and delivering local plans that support our business strategy
- You'll help carry out a broad range of HR and people-related activities, along with solving problems that could get in the way of our business goals
- You'll support the HRBP in helping managers and colleagues develop and create future talent and succession plans
- You'll work with managers to seek ways to enhance our colleague engagement, along with supporting the growth of our company culture
- Managing a range of people related projects
