In the UK, we own, operate and are significantly developing the 370 acre top tier COMAH site Saltend Chemicals Park (SCP.) With a cluster of world-class chemicals and renewable energy businesses, it’s strategically positioned on the UK’s busiest ports complex and at the forefront of our energy transition plans.
The Opportunity
The Technical Services Administrator to effectively maintain the technical services team compliance standards including training and health & safety to comply with legislation, regulations, and contractual obligations whilst liaising with SCP Planners and Supervisors providing support to the wider SCP technical services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ‘Day to day’ business & organisation of the technical services team & delivery process maintaining compliance and good performance.
- Contribute to the development/upkeep of the inhouse training systems, promoting ownership and delivery within the technical services team, attend meetings and ensuring timely daily updates.
- Maintain share points and records ensuring logbooks, registers HSE guidance, staff management, environmental, energy, building files, are up to date.
- Contribute, to the development & improvement of CMMS systems for both maintenance and procurement.
- Identify potential training opportunities working with the training and competence administrator putting in place training for the team.
- Liaise with HR regarding GDPR requirements while adopting key measures to drive continuous improvement.
· NVQ level 2 or 3 in Business Administration
· Key skills level 2 in Information Communication technology or equivalent qualification
· Site safety passport or equivalent
· Strong experience in an administrative role, within a facilities management environment.
· Good communication skills, experience of dealing with site partners, stake holders and clients.
· Proficient with Microsoft office software: Word, PowerPoint, excel, outlook.
