CDM Advisor

MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Health & Safety team with a CDM Advisor for our @one Alliance framework. The @one Alliance is a totally collaborative organisation made up of partner companies and their extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme

We’re now looking for an experienced CDM Advisor to join our Health & Safety team and champion safety by design across our multi-disciplinary engineering projects.

What you’ll be doing:

Oversee and drive CDM compliance across all duty holders
Promote ‘Safe by Design’ principles in all engineering activities
Review and refine CDM processes with subject matter experts
Undertake CDM compliance audits on projects during pre-construction, and deliver compliance reports

Ensure pre-construction information is suitable and sufficient, through robust review and working closely with project Principal Design Teams.

Carry out on-site Principal Contractor CDM compliance audits.

Ensure designs meet Anglian Water’s ‘Safe to Operate’ standards
Support and train design teams and suppliers in CDM best practices
Partner with Anglian Water CDM leads to push innovation while maintaining full compliance
