Rushcliffe Family Hub are looking to recruit a lively, confident Early Years Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a committed partnership team, working together to support families across the whole of Rushcliffe, with a wide range of needs including school readiness, behaviour support, sleep, relationships, work readiness and emotional health and wellbeing.
You will ideally have significant knowledge and skills around early childhood development and the importance of the first 1001 days of a child's life. Your experience, and personal and professional skills will enable you to work with confidence both autonomously and as part of a wider team. It will also equip you to build strong relationships with families and also develop good working relationships with key partners in other statutory and voluntary organisations. Good organisational skills, communication skills, confidence, self-motivation and enthusiasm are important to this role as is a good grasp of IT.
