The Role

• Leading the team in their role and required duties
• Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home
• Supervision of your team and actively encourage their development
• Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met
• Ensure the laundry of residents clothing is to the highest standard
• Attend resident/relative meetings
• Rota and Budget Management

Our brand new care home in Shinfield, near Reading, opened in August 2020 and provides high quality care for older people in stunning surroundings.
