We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Administrator to join our Construction and Engineering Department. This role is a fantastic chance to contribute to the smooth operation of the department by providing high-quality administrative support, coordinating tasks, managing records, and facilitating effective communication, while being an integral part of our thriving academic community.


What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Administrator, you will:

  • Assist the Associate Directors in preparing college reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Implement a robust data-checking system for learner records, covering enrolment, transfers, withdrawals, and completions.
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and external services to arrange learner meetings. Maintain clerical support via the Pro-Solution Diary and manage individual learning plans.
  • Support Attendance Officers in monitoring learner attendance, handling queries, and communicating with parents, carers, and learners.
  • Carry out confidential administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and Access for Directorate staff. Maintain knowledge of electronic systems for documentation and secure storage.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek candidates who:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
  • Have achieved Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Can provide evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Have experience working within an educational setting (Desirable).
  • Have experience working in a busy office environment.
