We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Data Administrator to join our Registry Department. This role is a fantastic chance to take a key position in overseeing documentation, managing data input, and ensuring the accurate validation of records in line with compliance requirements, while being an integral part of our thriving academic community.


What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Data Administrator, you will:

  • Support the annual data cycle, ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused Registry service.
  • Maintain systems and procedures for Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) learner records, including processing enrolments and conducting systematic checks for errors and omissions.
  • Perform designated data checks on the college learner record system, following agreed procedures to ensure timely corrections, supporting the preparation and accuracy of statistical returns to external funding bodies.
  • Provide flexible support across the Data team as required, undertaking additional administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Maintain relevant systems, assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of procedures related to the enrolment and monitoring of learner records, particularly for FE and HE learners and associated funding processes.
  • Assist in validating learner data efficiently and coordinating the timely resolution of any identified data issues.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek candidates who:

  • Hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant subject or possess an equivalent professional qualification or appropriate experience in a related capacity.
  • Have achieved Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to completing any mandatory training required for the role.
  • Have experience in a similar data-focused role, including working with complex data, management information, and databases.
  • Have experience working in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Have experience working within the education sector - Desirable.
